Citrus salmon, peas, kiwi, and yes. That is purple cauliflower.

  1. Sorry Mara I should have left the recipe!!!

    – we just take salmon fillets, put them in a baking dish with about 1 T olive oil in the bottom, season with lemon pepper, and then squeeze orange juice on top. We also slice an orange (like in the picture) and line the slices on top of the salmon so the juices will absorb into the fish as it cooks.
    – we cook the fish at 350* for approx. 20-30 min, depending on the thickness of the filets.
